Shipping to Spain

Body Pharm ships pre-loaded peptide pens to Spain from inside the EU. Every order travels cold-chain, in insulated packaging with a cooling element and a temperature indicator, and orders placed before midday on a business day are dispatched the same day. Because the shipment never leaves the EU single market, there are no customs charges or import holds for deliveries to Spain.
Delivery window and tracking to Spain
Standard delivery to Spain takes 3–5 business days; delivery times across the EU explains how the window is set. Every parcel is tracked door to door, and the tracking link is sent by email (and by WhatsApp, if you opt in) as soon as the order ships.
Mainland Spain falls inside the standard delivery window; island territories can add a day or two of courier transit.
Cold chain and arrival
The parcel contains a temperature indicator; how the cold chain works explains what is in the box. Check it on arrival, then refrigerate the pen (2–8 °C).
