Every order ships in insulated packaging, keeping your pens between 2–8°C from our facility to your door. Orders placed before 12:00 dispatch the same day.
Delivery takes 3–5 business days across Europe. Shipping costs €12 and is free on orders over €150 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Refrigerate your pens as soon as they arrive. If your order arrives broken or a pen isn't working, contact support — we'll replace it free of charge once you share photos or a short video showing the issue.
We currently ship to 17 European countries including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Czechia and Sweden. Use the country selector in the footer to confirm availability and local terms.
