Every order ships in insulated packaging, keeping your pens between 2–8°C from our facility to your door. Orders placed before 12:00 dispatch the same day.
We ship with DPD. Delivery takes 3–5 business days to every country we serve, except Portugal and Czechia, where standard delivery arrives in 2–5 business days. Standard shipping is a flat €15, with two exceptions: delivery to Portugal is free (€10 for express) and delivery within Czechia is free (80 Kč for express). Express delivery is offered in Portugal and Czechia only and arrives in 1–2 business days. The exact cost for your address is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Refrigerate your pens as soon as they arrive. If your order arrives broken or a pen isn't working, contact support and we'll replace it free of charge once you share photos or a short video showing the issue.
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium and Latvia. Sweden can browse the store but is not yet a delivery country. Use the country selector in the footer to confirm availability and local terms.
