Delivery times across the EU

We ship to ten EU markets from a dispatch point in Czechia. Because the shipment never leaves the EU single market there are no customs charges or import holds, which is the single largest factor in how predictable a delivery window can be.
The markets we serve
Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Belgium. Each has its own market page with the storefront language, local pricing and the specifics of that corridor — linked from this page and from the footer.
Sweden is browsable with pricing in kronor but is not currently a delivery market.
What sets the window
Distance from the Czech dispatch point (where we ship from) and the courier network in the destination market. Czechia is domestic and typically fastest; Austria and Slovakia are short cross-border routes; the western and southern markets run longer. Island territories in Spain and Portugal can add a day or two of courier transit.
Orders placed before midday dispatch the same working day, packed as described under what is in the box; the order-to-dispatch sequence is described separately. The window is counted in business days from dispatch, not from order — and if it is exceeded, see what to do if a parcel is late.
Why intra-EU matters
A parcel crossing an external EU border can be held for customs assessment, and a cold-chain parcel held at a border is a cold-chain parcel warming up. Dispatching from inside the single market removes that failure mode entirely rather than mitigating it (see customs and import inside the EU).
It is also why we do not currently ship outside the EU. The packaging is designed for a predictable transit time, and an unpredictable one defeats it.
