Delivery window and tracking
Standard delivery to Portugal takes 3–5 business days. Every parcel is tracked door-to-door, and the tracking link is sent by email (and WhatsApp, if you opt in) the moment the order ships.

Cold chain and arrival
The parcel contains a temperature indicator. Check it on arrival, then refrigerate the pen (2–8 °C). If the indicator shows a breach in transit, photograph it and contact support — breached shipments are replaced.
