We collect the details you give us — name, contact and delivery information, order history and any health information you volunteer during clinician verification. We also collect standard technical data such as device type and pages visited.
Your data is used to fulfil orders, run clinician verification where required, provide support, and — with your consent — send protocol reminders and product updates. Health-related data is never used for advertising.
We share data only with the partners needed to serve you: payment processors, cold-chain couriers, our compounding and testing laboratories, and clinicians involved in your verification. We never sell personal data.
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time, and object to or restrict processing. Email privacy@bodypharmeu.com or use the controls in your account settings; we respond within 30 days.
Order and batch records are retained as required by pharmaceutical regulation, then deleted. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.
