Body Pharm ships pre-loaded peptide pens to Germany from inside the EU. Every order travels cold-chain — insulated packaging, cooling element, temperature indicator — and is dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Because the shipment never leaves the EU single market, there are no customs charges or import holds for deliveries to Germany.
Delivery window and tracking
Standard delivery to Germany takes 3–5 business days. Every parcel is tracked door-to-door, and the tracking link is sent by email (and WhatsApp, if you opt in) the moment the order ships.
Germany is one of our largest markets; parcels are handed to tracked courier services with delivery typically toward the shorter end of the standard window.
Cold chain and arrival
The parcel contains a temperature indicator. Check it on arrival, then refrigerate the pen (2–8 °C). If the indicator shows a breach in transit, photograph it and contact support — breached shipments are replaced.
