Delivery window and tracking to Czechia

Cold chain and arrival

The parcel contains a temperature indicator; how the cold chain works explains what is in the box. Check it on arrival, then refrigerate the pen (2–8 °C). If the indicator shows a breach in transit, photograph it and contact support: breached shipments are replaced, and what a triggered indicator means sets out the steps.

Ordering and payment

Domestic dispatch inside Czechia

Czechia is our home logistics market. Our legal address is in Prague, and every order for a Czech address leaves our Czech dispatch point as a domestic parcel. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are handed over the same day.

Because the parcel starts and ends inside Czechia, it never passes through a customs border: there is no Celní správa declaration to file, no import VAT to settle and no duty to pay on arrival. Celní správa and SÚKL, the State Institute for Drug Control, apply their import procedures to goods entering the EU from third countries, which is why a parcel ordered from outside the EU is a different case from ours.

Česká pošta tracked service

Czech deliveries typically travel on Česká pošta's tracked domestic service. The tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is handed over, and by WhatsApp if you opted in at checkout. The link follows the parcel from our dispatch point to your door.

The tracking link is the reference for your individual parcel. If it shows no movement for longer than the delivery window, contact support with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

Czechia is the one market we price in Czech koruna. The Czech storefront at bodypharmeu.com/cz shows every pen in CZK, and the shipping cost for your address appears at checkout before you pay, so the amount you see there is the amount charged.

Everything else works as it does across our markets. Buying requires an account and the eligibility quiz; the bulk discount of 10% at 5 pens and 15% at 10 pens is pooled across compounds and applied automatically.
