We supply them only as this combined pen; there is no standalone CJC-1295 pen and no standalone ipamorelin pen in our range. What arrives
Inside the discreet outer box you will find the pen itself, eight standard threaded pen needles, a printed guide, a verification sticker, and the packaging that kept it cold on the way: an insulated box with a cooling element and a temperature indicator. No certificate is printed; the certificate for your batch is reached by scanning the QR code on the pen, or from the index at /coa, where every certificate sits as a plain PDF with no account needed. Both peptides are already in solution, so there is no powder to reconstitute, no diluent to measure and no vial to draw from. Check the temperature indicator before anything else. A breached indicator, a damaged pen or a pen that does not work is replaced free of charge once you have sent us photos or a short video of the fault.
One pen, two compounds, two receptors
The pen is one product because the two compounds act on different inputs to the same gland. Growth hormone release from the pituitary is driven by the GHRH receptor and, separately, by the ghrelin receptor. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue: it raises the amplitude of a growth hormone pulse. Ipamorelin is a secretagogue at the ghrelin receptor: it triggers a pulse. Because the two inputs are independent, one compound amplifies while the other fires, which is why they are formulated together. What the CJC-1295 human trials measured
The human pharmacology behind CJC-1295 comes from two randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blind trials in healthy adults aged 21 to 61, one lasting 28 days and the other 49 days. After a single subcutaneous injection, mean plasma growth hormone rose 2- to 10-fold for 6 days or more and mean IGF-I rose 1.5- to 3-fold for 9 to 11 days; no serious adverse reactions were reported, and the authors described the compound as safe and relatively well tolerated. The estimated half-life was 5.8 to 8.1 days, a property of the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) modification that binds the peptide to albumin after injection; the CJC-1295 in those trials is that modified form (Teichman SL et al. Prolonged stimulation of GH and IGF-I secretion by CJC-1295. J Clin Endocrinol Metab 2006. PMID 16352683). Those are hormone concentrations in blood. Lean mass, strength, body composition and sleep were not endpoints, and no published trial of CJC-1295 has reported any of them in healthy adults.
The obvious objection to a compound that keeps stimulating for days is that it might flatten the pulsatile rhythm growth hormone normally follows. A second paper tested that directly, sampling blood every 20 minutes through a 12-hour overnight period in healthy men before and one week after a single injection, and found the frequency and size of the pulses unchanged while the trough level between them rose 7.5-fold (Ionescu M, Frohman LA. Pulsatile secretion of GH persists during continuous stimulation by CJC-1295. J Clin Endocrinol Metab 2006. PMID 17018654).
Ipamorelin: preclinical selectivity and one surgical trial
Ipamorelin’s characterisation as a growth hormone secretagogue is preclinical. Raun and colleagues described a pentapeptide that released growth hormone through the GHRP-type receptor rather than the GHRH receptor, and, unlike the earlier GHRP-6 and GHRP-2, did so in swine without raising ACTH or cortisol even at more than 200-fold its effective dose, and without moving FSH, LH, prolactin or TSH (Raun K et al. Ipamorelin, the first selective growth hormone secretagogue. Eur J Endocrinol 1998. PMID 9849822). That work was done in rat pituitary cells, rats and swine, and it is a receptor-level argument, not a human record.
The one placebo-controlled human trial we can point to had nothing to do with growth hormone or muscle. Beck and colleagues ran a multicentre, double-blind, phase 2 trial of intravenous ipamorelin against placebo in adults recovering from small or large bowel resection, given for up to seven days after surgery; 117 were enrolled and 114 formed the safety population, treatment-emergent adverse events occurred in 87.5% of the ipamorelin group and 94.8% of the placebo group, the regimen was reported as well tolerated, and the time to a first tolerated meal did not differ significantly between the groups (Beck DE et al. Prospective, randomized, controlled, proof-of-concept study of the ghrelin mimetic ipamorelin for the management of postoperative ileus in bowel resection patients. Int J Colorectal Dis 2014. PMID 25331030). A hospital ward, an intravenous route and a gut-motility endpoint: none of it transfers to subcutaneous use by a healthy adult, and no published human trial of subcutaneous ipamorelin exists. Where the evidence stops, and the regulatory position
No published human trial has given CJC-1295 and ipamorelin together and measured anything, so the pen’s combination-specific effects, wanted or unwanted, are unrecorded. The longest human exposure in print is 49 days for CJC-1295 and seven days for ipamorelin; there is no long-term human safety dataset for either. Neither compound holds a marketing authorisation from the EMA or from any EU national authority. Without one there is no pharmacovigilance scheme gathering reports from routine use, and that scheme is where the rare and the slow-to-appear effects of approved medicines are usually picked up. Both compounds are prohibited at all times under the World Anti-Doping Agency list, CJC-1295 among the GHRH analogues and ipamorelin among the growth hormone secretagogues (World Anti-Doping Agency. Testing and the certificate
An independent laboratory tests each batch for identity by mass spectrometry, for purity by HPLC and for sterility; we do not name the laboratory. What the certificate shows is the HPLC purity figure and the concentration of the cartridge, as mg/ml and as total content in the 3 ml fill, so the 20 mg on the label can be read against what was measured for your lot. It is the document for that batch, not a sample, and the same PDF opens from the pen’s QR code and from the index. None of it is clinical evidence: it tells you what is in the pen, not how your body responds to it.

You get the tracking link by email, and WhatsApp updates too if you opt in. Dispatch is inside the EU, so no customs charge or import paperwork is added on the way. If you change your mind, an unopened, unused pen in its original sealed packaging can go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the payment method you used, processed within 5 business days of approval.
