Matching a certificate to your pen

A certificate of analysis only means something if it belongs to the pen in your hand. Every Body Pharm batch has its own certificate, published as a plain PDF, and matching it to your pen takes two numbers and a minute.
Where the certificates are
Every certificate is published on the COA index at bodypharmeu.com/coa. Each entry is a plain PDF for one compound and one batch, opened directly from the index; there is no account to create and nothing to download beyond the PDF itself.
There are two ways to reach the certificate for your pen. The first is the QR code printed on the pen, which resolves to the certificate for that specific lot rather than to a certificate library. The second is the index itself: find the compound, then the batch number that matches your label. Both routes end at the same PDF.
The index and the QR code are the only two published routes to a certificate. A document carrying our name that did not come from our domain is not one of ours.
What a lot number is
A lot or batch number identifies one production run: one fill, one set of raw material, one set of test results. Two pens of the same product from different runs are different lots with different certificates, and a result from one does not describe the other.
The number appears in two places, printed on the pen and on the certificate, and it should appear in the same form in both. If you cannot tell whether they match, contact support and we will confirm the lot.
How to match the certificate to your pen
Read the lot number on the pen label, open the certificate by either route, and confirm the same number appears on the PDF character for character, including any prefixes or separators. Then confirm that the product name and strength agree.
A certificate for a different batch, a product-level summary or a specimen sheet does not document your pen. It establishes that something was tested once; it does not establish anything about the unit you hold. Only the PDF whose batch field equals your lot code confirms the testing history of that pen.
The two fields that match
- Product name and strength: the compound on the certificate matches your pen label, for example RETATRUTIDE 32 or TIRZEPATIDE 60.
- Batch or lot number: identical to the code printed on your pen, character for character.
A certificate headed TIRZEPATIDE 60 without a matching lot number is evidence about the product family, not about your pen. How to read a COA walks through each field in detail once you have the right document open.
What each batch is tested for
Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for identity, purity and sterility, and the certificate on the index reports that laboratory's results for that lot.

A certificate is batch-level evidence about testing. It is not a marketing authorisation and it does not describe outcomes for any individual; what third-party testing means explains what an independent result does and does not establish.
If your batch certificate is missing
A lot number that does not appear on the index, or a QR code that fails to scan, calls for the same short sequence.
- Recheck the lot number against the printed label, not from memory. A single misread character is the most common cause of a failed match.
- Try the other route. If the QR code is damaged or your camera cannot read it, open the index and look up the compound and lot number; if you cannot find it on the index, scan the code.
- Contact support with a photo of the label showing the lot number, plus your order number where you have it. We send the certificate for that lot.
A lot you cannot find is not evidence that the batch failed testing, and a certificate for a different batch is not a substitute.
