Every order ships in insulated packaging, keeping your pens between 2–8°C from our facility to your door. Orders placed before 12:00 dispatch the same day.
Delivery takes 3–5 business days across Europe. Shipping is a flat €10 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Refrigerate your pens as soon as they arrive. If your order arrives broken or a pen isn't working, contact support — we'll replace it free of charge once you share photos or a short video showing the issue.
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and France. Use the country selector in the footer to confirm availability and local terms.
