Unopened, unused pens in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because our products are temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, used or opened pens cannot be restocked or resold — used products are not eligible for return.
Products that arrive broken, damaged or not working will be replaced free of charge. We will ask for evidence — photos or a short video clearly showing the fault — so we can confirm the issue and dispatch your replacement quickly.
Log into your account, open the order and select "Return items", or email support with your order number and, for faulty products, your evidence of the fault. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bulk-discount orders are refunded proportionally: if a return drops your order below a discount tier, the discount is recalculated on the retained items.
